• We complete your contractor prequalification package on your forms and to your timeline. Send us the package and we return it complete.
• Scope, access windows and escort requirements are agreed in writing before a date is booked.

On site

• Engineers, not technicians. Our field work is led by 24 years of thermal system design, commissioning and service across industrial energy projects on three continents.
• We follow the Loop Health Protocol: a published, repeatable method, so every visit produces the same evidence in the same format.
• Your site's access, escort and change-control rules govern our work, not ours.

After the visit

• A written report after every engagement: findings, photographs, lab results, prioritized recommendations.
• Delivered in a format your warranty provider, insurer and prequalification team can use directly.
• Your loop's chemistry history stays yours, and stays complete.
